What are your rates?

I offer competitive pricing for real estate media packages. Rates are based on the size of your listing or the specific service requested. Fill out the contact form, tell me what you're interested in, and I'll send you my current rate card ASAP.

Do you edit photos before delivery?

Absolutely. Capturing the image is only half the job. The other half is detailed work in post-production to bring the image to life.

Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

Absolutely. If you're not happy with the photos, I'll refund you 100%.

How quickly will I get the final product?

Speed is always a priority and for real estate listing photography, I have a guaranteed 48hr turnaround. The turnaround for individual and team headshots are 2-3 days. Property video showcases are 3-5 days. Agent hype videos are on a project-by-project basis. If you need your project faster than standard, I'd be happy to accommodate with an additional fee.

Do I get to proof photos before they're edited?

As a client, you'll get a private web portal where you can view proofs if requested. However, to achieve 48hr (or less!) turnaround times, standard practice is to discuss angles during the shoot and then go straight to editing according to the discussion. My years of experience as a photographer and top performing leasing agent allows me to streamline this process for you.

My listing is in Queens, can you shoot it?

At this time, I'm accepting Manhattan and Brooklyn bookings only. Feel free to say hi anyway as I will be expanding soon.

Do you do 3D tours or virtual staging?

Yes I do virtual staging. Please let me know in your message that you're interested in this. 3D virtual tours are coming soon!

Do you do floorplans?

Absolutely! I do full floorplans with measurements. Just let me know that you're interested in this service.

What gear do you have?

I have everything needed to capture beautiful moments in both photo and video including sound. For projects with specific needs, I have access to whatever is required via rentals. For a list of camera gear I have in-house, click here.
